Refund policy

At ZIFU, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance / Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping

  • Digital products

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item

  • Packaging photos

  • Order number

A replacement or refund will be issued at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective / wrong items, ZIFU covers return or replacement costs.

Return address will be provided by our support team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

If your return does not meet our conditions, your refund may be denied.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing, cancellation is no longer possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Then email us at support@zifushop.com
